Payment & Refund Policy

Effective: August 16, 2026

Digital Services

SGV provides digital access, advertising, account, Candidate Information, listing, database, and connection services. Access or processing begins after submission and, where applicable, administrative approval.

All Payments Final

All payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Candidate Payments

The current Candidate fee is a $10 one-time payment covering the Candidate Information service described at purchase, including future Candidate Information updates under the current service model.

Employer Payments

Employer plan pricing and plan duration are shown before payment. Current Employer plans include Single Post, 90-Day Unlimited, 180-Day Unlimited, and 1-Year Unlimited access.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you accidentally submitted a duplicate payment or sent an incorrect amount, contact support promptly. SGV may review and correct administrative errors in its discretion, but this does not create a general right to refunds.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact support@shiftsandgigsvegas.com before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate account or payment-record issues. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access.
